TMD Team Dashbaord (“we”, “us”) provides a client management system that publishes content to Meta platforms.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect Facebook Pages or Instagram Business accounts via Meta Business Login, we collect:

– Page IDs, Page names, Instagram Business Account IDs

– Long-lived access tokens issued by Meta

– Post text, media URLs, scheduled times, and publishing status

– Basic Page insights needed to confirm post delivery

2. How We Use Information

We use this data exclusively to:

– Publish and schedule posts, Reels, Stories, and carousels to accounts you authorize

– Display publishing history and status in your dashboard

– Troubleshoot failed posts

We do not use Meta data for advertising, analytics resale, or any purpose outside the core publishing function.

3. Data Storage and Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Infrastructure is hosted on [AWS region]. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Media URLs are accessed only to upload to Meta’s API.

We do not sell or rent data. Data is shared only with Meta via Graph API and with our hosting provider [AWS/GCP] under a DPA. We do not share with advertisers or brokers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Disconnect your account in TMD Team Dashbaordto revoke access. We delete access tokens and cached Page data within 30 days. Email travis@tmdmanagementgroup.com to request full deletion. Meta may retain data per Meta Platform Terms.
